Iris Studio Jewelry Return & Quality Guarantee Policy

Our 6-Month Quality Guarantee

We stand behind every piece we create. All handmade polymer clay earrings are guaranteed against craftsmanship defects for 6 months from the date of purchase. If your handmade piece breaks, chips, or shows a defect due to craftsmanship within 6 months, contact us and we will repair or replace it at no cost. This guarantee covers craftsmanship defects only and does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, or improper care.

Curated stainless steel pieces are covered by a 30-day quality guarantee under the same terms.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for change of mind, sizing preference, or style preference. Every piece is hand-sculpted, painted, and finished individually, and we cannot resell returned handmade items.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges on curated stainless steel jewelry within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging included. Handmade polymer clay pieces are not eligible for exchange unless covered under our quality guarantee.

To request an exchange, email contact@irisstudiojewelry.com with your order number and reason. Once approved, we will provide a return shipping address. Buyer pays return shipping unless the exchange is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, email contact@irisstudiojewelry.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will evaluate each case and offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for items that arrive damaged or defective. If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.

Custom and Personalized Orders

All custom and personalized pieces are final sale with no exchanges or refunds. Quality guarantee still applies.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
