Free Shipping on All U.S. Orders

All domestic orders ship free within the United States.

Processing Times

Curated stainless steel jewelry ships within 3-5 business days of purchase.

Handmade polymer clay earrings are crafted individually and ship within 10-14 business days of purchase. Each piece is hand-sculpted, painted, finished, and carefully packaged to ensure it arrives exactly as intended. We do not rush our process because your piece deserves our full attention.

If your order includes both handmade and curated pieces, the entire order will ship together once all items are complete.

Custom and made-to-order pieces may require additional time. We will communicate your expected timeline at the time of purchase.

Shipping Methods

USPS First Class Mail (Standard): 2-5 business days after shipment. USPS Priority Mail (Faster): 1-3 business days after shipment. Upgrade options available at checkout.

Tracking

Tracking information is sent to your email as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update after you receive the notification.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize your address is wrong, email us immediately at contact@irisstudiojewelry.com and we will do our best to update it before shipment.

International Shipping

Currently available to select countries. International duties, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the purchase price.
